The team are experienced Principal Contractors with several Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualified site managers who deliver quality buildings which are designed and built to last.

Jaques integrate large construction projects with external contactors. From large Health and Safety Executive (HSE) notifiable construction projects that can last several months, to small maintenance, alteration and improvement works that can last a matter of hours or days.

Irrespective of project size, Health & Safety is paramount and a structure is in place to ensure that all construction projects are fully compliant with Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015).

Ongoing training with external providers allows regular industry updates for the team to ensure that Health & Safety procedures are monitored and improved upon by regular inspections, support and advice.
