From initial concept to completion, Jaques provide a full structural steel frame design, fabrication and building service. The in-house fabrication facilities were purchased in 2017 from M&H Fabrications Limited who had been fabricating steel work for Jaques since the late 1990s. In Shobdon Jaques also have a full sheet metal fabrication workshop.

Manufacturing and fabricating steel and sheet metal components allows for complete control over all projects. Quality structural steelwork fabrication is fully UKCA (formerly CE) marked, undertaken by skilled engineers and subject to quality control and thorough inspection. The team design and fabricate steel frames to Execution Class 2, accredited to BS EN 1090-2:2018+A1:2024 regulation. External fabrication facilities for Execution Class 3 products can be provided as required.
