We are delighted to announce that we have joined Business for Good, an inspiring initiative facilitated by the Herefordshire Community Foundation (HCF) that brings local businesses together to create meaningful, lasting change within communities across Herefordshire.
Since its establishment in 2002, Herefordshire Community Foundation has distributed more than £8 million in grants, helping to support local charities, community groups and individuals facing hardship. Through the Business for Good Fund, businesses have the opportunity to work collectively to address local needs and make a real difference where support is needed most.
We are proud to become part of a growing network of businesses that share a commitment to giving back to the communities in which they operate. By joining the initiative, we will be contributing to projects that improve lives, strengthen communities and provide vital support to local organisations.
The impact of the fund is already being felt across the county. In its latest round of funding, the Business for Good Fund awarded more than £14,500 to 10 local charities, supporting a wide range of causes including services for older people, disability support, mental health initiatives, sports programmes, arts organisations and projects tackling social isolation.
