Functional, cost-effective, bespoke steel or timber framed buildings are designed with efficiency and sustainability in mind, helping you to build and future-proof your business.

Steel Framed Buildings:

Steel framed buildings are available in a clear-span structure up to approximately 27.500m (90’) in width. Utilising a centre post the achievable building width increases to over 36.500m (120’). The widest steel framed building with a centre post built to date is 32.004m (105’).

High quality, easy to clean, coated steel or aluminium sheeting is typically used to line and clad the buildings, with a proven life expectancy in excess of 30 years. The sheeting is available in a wide range of colours to suit local authority requirements.

Green energy provisions such as solar panels and ground source heat pumps are a popular option on new buildings. Heat recovery systems and wind turbines also feature regularly.

Timber Framed Buildings:

Timber framed buildings are available with a maximum width of approximately 27.432m (90’).

Building widths up to 19.812m (65’) have two internal posts, buildings over this size include three internal posts.

Timber framed buildings are lined and clad with the same high quality steel or aluminium sheeting as the steel framed buildings – available in a wide range of colours to suit local authority requirements.

Ventilation:

Buildings are designed to accommodate the customer’s choice of ventilation system, including:

  • Side Inlet & Roof Extraction
  • Ridge Inlet & Side Extraction
  • Tunnel Ventilation
  • Natural Ventilation
