Triple skin factory assembled insulated roof lights on one half of the roof and solar PV preparations on the other half optimise roof space for energy efficiency.

The structure incorporates five insulated sectional doors, aluminum external doors with UPvC double-glazed windows with a reflective coating and insulated steel fire/personnel doors.

Features include a galvanized first floor office balcony, cold rolled purlins, cladding rails and mezzanine floor joists. The painted structural steel work finish is finished to paint industry standard BS EN ISO 1461:2009.
